Hi all, We have 3 1/2 year old twin girls that have always been fussy, from the time they started solids they would only be intersested in the fruits and custard varieties. I would make home made veges and they would gag every time I gave them a mouthful. I have two older boys and have never had a problem with them eating their meat, fruit or veges. The girls wont eat any vegetables, the only meat they like to eat is processed and they only eat apples or bananas, somemtimes grapes. We don't have a problem with dairy products and they only drink milk or water. But we are getting worried and frustrated with their diet. We have seen a dietitian and didn't find her of much help at all. We have tried everything we can think of to try and get them to eat healthy meals. We eat as a family for dinner, we have tried giving them the same plates as we have. We have tried disgusing veges in muffins, coloured their food to make it fun. Pretended to put sugar on their food. We have tried reward charts, told them that Dora the Explorer loves her fruit, meat and veges. The list goes on. We give them multi-vitamins and an iron supplement. Please can we have some ideas on how to get them to eat. I don't know anyone else who is going through this. Would be nice to know that we are not alone. Please help us :)
